Hi!
I have a child with an egg allergy. Does anyone have a good recipe for Egg-free Hamantaschens?

When my kids had egg allergies (BH eventually outgrew) I would substitute 1 tsp baking soda + 1 TBSP vinegar + 1 TBSP water per egg up to 3 or 4 eggs using my regular recipes. It worked better in pastries than kugels. They won't come out exactly the same. The consistency will be slightly different (more crumbly in cakes), but still tasty.
