I'm not sure, but I think I heard something about Litvish being against the idea of an eiruv in general. But I'm not sure.
Chassidim definitely use it.

None of my litvish neighbors carry on shabbos. Some built their own eiruv around their homes, but none of my litvish neighbors rely on the community eiruv.
