Is it ok to have one jj diet cappuccino a day on the keto diet?

Total carb 6 grams
Sugar 2 grams
added sugar 0 grams
Fat 5 grams
Calories 70

If you can fit it in without going over your carb and sugar allowance, then sure!

It is low-ish in carbs and sugar, but depends if you can spare them

J&j cappuccino is amazing. Their diet one… not as much. Maybe you can try to make something on your own? Unless you really love it and it’s worth it for you.

You can have up to 20g net carbs, and you’ll find 1 or 2 carbs in pretty much every 0 carb food, so it adds up fast. If you want to spend 6 carbs on it than sure.

Its 20 if you really wanna be in ketosis, once you’re in it some people find they can push till 50 without falling out of ketosis. But from my experience, if you totally embrace the diet your cravings stop after a few days and you feel amazing and lose weight, but if you’re constantly toeing the line you end up feeling horrible, hungry and craving and not losing either.
