A friend if mine gave me her name but when I asked relief about her, they said they were not recommending her at that time(was a few months ago)
Anyone went recently and know why?

Dr. Parikh is an excellent diagnostician. It can be hard to reach her though when you need to adjust the medication.

I'd start with her, see how it goes. If it gets too hard to get hold of her, switch to someone else to do adjustments and maintenance.

She recently hired a NP (happens to be Jewish Women) who works under her. She does follow up zoom visits for this that don’t want to wait on Parikh.

If the whole point is that she’s a good diagnostician, making the adjustments is part of the process and the expertise.
Is she good at diagnosing treatment resistant cases? I need someone for a relative.
Why has relief stopped recommending her?
Can anyone here with experience with her please weigh in?

When you mentioned “treatment resistant” I thought of Dr. Shmuel Mandelman to try. He is a top diagnostician and adds a neurological expertise to the psychiatric mix. He know medications and has 2 psych np working in his clinic. Number is 646 907 9480
