I am in desperate need of a comfortable sheitle for XL head. Since getting married - I get headaches from covering my hair (even with tichels…). Any suggestions on brands to try? I have an Irene size large that was altered to make bigger and I HATE that it’s so uncomfortable.

Get a custom made cap. And lace tops are also much more comfortable. Supposedly hand tied too but that I never tried.

If you are using a band, don’t. That solved my migraine problem.

How do you keep it on without a band? The clips also bother me

I do use the two side clips. If I put on the band, migraine it is.

Oh. I also get my band sewn into the cap of the Sheitel.

So I get headaches when it presses on certain parts of my head. Figure out where that is. Maybe it's near your temples or the front or the back
Then make sure that area has extra room (It might not fit as beautifully but you won't be dying) and whatever's holding it in place is somewhere else.

Dear OP, I am with you. I also have headheachs........
I own custome made, loose fitting, and still , anything is a headache.
SOI dont think specailly made to size would change anything.
Did not change for me

I do it directly through china...ebm wigs...look on instagram you can connect to them there.
