What kind of candy would you put in the pekalach to throw at the bar mitzvah boy? It has to be soft. He doesn't want fruit gems.
Also any recommendations for what to put in the bags to give out to families coming for Shabbos? It will be right before Pesach so no food. Thanks!

Ok so now I'm looking for bags-I think organza with the pull ties-what size do most people use? The choices in the store were 3 by 4 inches and I think 4 by 5 (or was it 2 by 3 and 3 by 4?)-tia!
