I plan on giving a few “lose items” that I made and bought such as some open candy/chips and cookies I baked. It feels gross to leave it completely open even though it’s in the larger container I’m giving. How do you package little things inside? Cellophane is so time consuming for every little item

How about little zip lock baggies like the 1x1 size you can get on Amazon.

I use small individual bags. Not ziplocks, cellophane bags. Yes it is time consuming but much more attractive

Just want to say you’re so right to package it. Any loose things floating around the container get dumped into the garbage in my house.

Related Q - does this apply also to baked goods laid out in a box? I have pretty boxes lined with tissue paper and was thinking of putting some things in cellophane but also some just resting in the box in a pretty way - like a square of decorated brownie etc. that would look nicer not in cellophane - the box itself will be quite full and is quite small, so it's sort of self-contained - is that still not nice?

I think that’s fine as long as there’s no other little things rolling around the box, but if the box doesn’t seal it might be stale by the time they’re ready to put it away
