I’m making a Sheva brachos iyh. I’ve done many before but I usually make and do it all homemade. This time is different for many reasons, and I need to have a catered and fully taken care of in terms of the food and set up. I want it to be a buffet. Taking place in my house.
Who in Monsey can cater (meat) and take care of the whole set up including one or 2 waiters to make sure the food is always full and clean up etc…

Can you tell me what options they include?
Do they provide table and chairs?
Tablecloths?
Paper goods/serving stuff?

You can take any party planner and they can arrange it for you. Many times they take the food from Paprika or whatever. I don't know how the pricing compares though.

Don’t wanna pay extra for a party planner.
I can do tablecloths and paper goods and table and chairs if I need I was just wondering.
