How old is your daughter?
My daughter will be 9 this summer, average height and weight. I got her a size 10. If it’s too long, I will hem or pick it up by the straps. The top half of the robe is elastic, so it should fit a range of sizes.

You can Type in Maxi dress for girls and search through yourself. They have multiple colors, styles, etc. All different sizes. $20,$30,$40 max!

Belive me I spent hours sifting thru amazon. The stuff with sleeves the neck seemed too low. I didn't see any Nirmal sleeveless ones. Please link!

Also, if you're very machmir on neckline, like needs to ne all the way up, maybe consider one like this,with a shell under.
