Looks like my 1 month old got a cold. He is very congested, what should I look out for, how can I relieve the symptoms?

I have an appointment tomorrow.
He only told me to look out for hard time breathing.

Use saline every hour to help keep the nose clear. Hold him upright when he's eating and sleeping if it helps him breathe better.

Saline for the nose, humidifier in the bedroom when sleeping. Use a nasal aspirator to suck out the snot when you can. Nurse as often as the baby is willing if nursing. Cool air can be soothing, so take baby on walks, even at 2 am if necessary. If the baby is nursing/bottle feeding without pulling away and gasping for air, breathing is ok. Baths are great too.

My 4th kid had a cold at one month. Keep the room well ventilated. Check for fever. Most of the time it passes without any concerns.
