Are the Ukrainian matzot the thin ones that I have heard spoken about on this site? In other words, there are more than 6 matzot in the 1 pound box.

They are thinner than some, but not the super-thin matzos people pay a steep premium for. There are more than 6 in a box, usually 8-10 if I'm remembering right.

Last year they were thinner. The year before, not so thin.

Thanks. Are most of the matzos whole despite being thin? Are they usually not burnt?
