What can I make for a shabbos meal with kani that’s not sushi salad?

Kani salad (just strips of kani, cucumbers etc no rice)
Kani patties (mock crab cakes)

Mix kani with spicy mayo and panko crumbs top the salmon with it and bake

Wrap each stick in a spring roll wrapper. Fry. Delicious room temperature too.

Only in Japan does “kani” mean real crab, everywhere else it refers to imitation crab. Even in Japan its much more popular to use the imitation crab, they call it kanikama (which is how it got shorthanded to kani)
