If I may say so, the Capital hotel had roaches and looked worse than my Yeshiva, when I was there over 20 years ago! That's all I know.

I went for my nephew's bar mitzvah right before Rosh Hashana and stayed here. I don't know about the neighborhood, but it was near the yeshiva:
