I find band grips tolerable but annoying. I have a very large head. I ordered a new Irene’s lace top that will be lined and has two small clips. They said the clips and properly fitted to my head should mean I don’t need the band. I’ve had velvet sewn into a lace front but I’m not sure velvet can be sewn into the cap of a lace top. How do you wear your lace tops? The band grips do hold the wig well though, I gotta say

A lace wig grip can definitely be sewn into a lace top. I have it and love it.

I was also curious how to do this. Can you please post a picture of how it looks with the lace top and wig grip sown in?

I wear a wig grip cap (cotton with velvet trim, and it has a lace front and part) to hold my wigs on. I personally hated the velvet sewn in my wig when I tried that. I have very long and unruly hair, and I need the cap to contain it more easily.
