I love Sterns hamantashen. How can I make them at home?

I just made the most amazing and easy recipe posted by @for_love_of_food on Instagram.

4 eggs
1 1/4 cup sugar (I used 1 cup)
1 cup oil
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
4 1/2 cups flour, divided

Mix all ingredients together, using only 4 cups flour. Roll out the dough and sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup so it doesn't stick. I rolled them on the thicker side and found that they were easier to shape than thinner. Fill with favorite filling. Bake at 350 for 12-15 mins.
