Hey, I eat like this all the time, have been for many years. It's not so hard once you get used to it. I recommend buying the book Hangry. It has many good ideas. Lots of soups made with hearty veggies and chicken breasts. I eat for breakfast and lunch. Loads of salads with protein that you can tolerate.

OP - what are your favorite proteins.
Each meal should consist of
Salad
Protein
Veg
And soup
Experiment with different vegetable and spice
Example- boiled radishes, mashed cauliflower, cauliflower rice,
raw pickled turnips, pickled veggies, fennel, kohlrabi raw and roasted
Yes it’s work to chop and chop, but once you get use to it you prep in bulk and then you have for a few days
Try not to snack in between but if you need to in the beginning try some keto fat bombs. Eventually you won’t need to
