Are you happy with the smaller or bigger amount?

What's the average amount of mishloich munes for average guy to get? ( not referring to popular or famous) the average .

Who cares about the average?

I fulfill the mitzvah by giving. If someone wants to give me that's fine. If they want to fulfill the mitzvah my giving to someone else that's also fine. I don't get excited because a neighbour who doesn't speak to me all year leaves something outside my door.

It's a halacha, not a popularity contest.

It really depends on where you live and how many stops you make. We live in Lakewood with lots of frum neighbors, so I end up giving almost 50. This is without leaving my neighborhood and going to only a few stops off the block.
If I lived elsewhere, I doubt I would give that amount.

With this in mind, most of my the block makes simpler mm.

We give to the neighbors and the family members we see at the seudos. We don't wait for people to come to us. Not all of them give back/aren't always home but we leave for them anyway. It's perfect BH.

I don't think my husband gets individual ones that are specifically for him. Usually they are from a family or friend given to the family.

We do about 15 friends and neighbors plus the teachers and rabbanim. Plus the kids friends.

We make 30 kids and 30 adult ones. We get back about half, but that’s intentional.
