Jumping off the other thread (didn't read the whole thing).

I would love to learn how to lein and know the meaning of the trop.

This is an excellent playlist. He has a tutorial with all of the notes and also a recording of every perek. I recommend having your own megilla with טעמים in front of you, and if you really want the experience use a tikkun.
