There used to be one on - no official hours for dropping off or looking - on Flamingo.

Does anyone know if it is still active? And if yes any guidelines/hours...

Its in the back of the house in a trailer with a light switch that you can turn on and off. They have all kinds of sizes. Many times there are new shoes too.
