Any tips or tricks for first time camper starting to shop for camp?
How many weekday clothes and Shabbos clothes do you send?
Anything that’s “in” that a new camper might not know about?
Do the girls have hanging or shelves or drawers or all? How’s the space?
Anything I’m not mentioning?
Any tips?

Haven't been there in 5 years but here's how it was my days for the typical camper.
Things have probably changed, but yes, this is a camp with lots of unspoken rules, so best to find out from someone who's been there more recently.

Drawers: 1 regular set of drawers. There is room between the beds. Do not get the wide ones, everyone will hate her for it.

Hanging: Each camper has a closet with two shelves and some hanging space.

Shoes: 1 pair sneakers, 1 pair water shoes, 1 pair junk sneakers, 1 pair shabbos shoes (some do two), 1 dressier weekday shoe.

Weekday Outfits: 5 years ago campers were wearing lots of sets. Not sure how it is today. Also depends on the age. JCITs (8th - 9th grade) can wear monte carlos with t-shirts instead of sets already. Send a junk outfit as well that can go to the garbage at the end of the summer.

Shabbos Outfits: Most campers bring 5-6 outfits.

She'll also need swimming gear including a red bathing cap if she's a deep water swimmer. Send a terry two piece robe she can wear to the pool. Also a swim dress or set that she can wear for water activities.

Can't think of anything else off the top of my head, but feel free to DM me.

Those are things you'd have to find out from people who go currently.

Should the sets be short or maxi?
Pajama styles?
Bathing suit styles?
Swim dress or set?
Latest water shoes?
Sneakers?
Fanny pack or messenger bag?
Nude or knee socks on shabbos? (Again, this will depend on her age - but will differ by year as well.)

Junk sneakers are a pair of sneakers that you don't mind disappearing on a hike in the water. An old pair tha fits works fine.

Not sure about linen, but I had the same set from Walmart all my 11 years there ....

Sets are out. Black skirts and tees are more the way to go.

My daughter had some long and some short, some sets and some skirts with t-shirts. One important thing to note is that the laundry situation is ABYSMAL!!! I can't figure out if it was just her bunk but she went for just one half and the camp never washed any laundry for her. I did her laundry on visiting day and I was grateful that I sent her with enough clothing to last until then.

And my daughter didn't do any laundry the entire half she was there!
She did handwash some stuff..
And of course we pay $$$$ for half summer camp and its really 3 weeks and 2 days!

The extra tees and skirts add up $$$
Are other camps better with laundry?

What kills me there is that I pay for the whole summer and they send them home for the day between trips and then I have to pay back and forth for the bus again.
