Such great ideas! Keep 'em coming!
So many of these are tempting.
So far leaning towards teeth whitening, photoshoot, jewelry (fake of course), linen (or plane ticket, but too many logistics involved)

recovery slides (special shoes supposedly help your feet/legs after long runs), a very specific skirt I can't seem to find (I've never checked outside my normal budget), round trip ticket to see my besties, adoption fee for a dog (regular dog costs are already in my budget), solo dinner/drinks/soup/app (tbd) at the fancy place I haven't gotten to go to yet, concert tickets to the show I'd otherwise not spend on, or truthfully, keeping it my stash on purpose. it is a continuing gift to know I have $300 at my disposal, the gift just keeps on. maybe I'd invest it and buy myself coffee from dividends once in awhile, knowing I have a secret stash of cash

Plane ticket to somewhere interesting
A bunch of used books
Posture trainer
Good quality insoles
Random assortment of low- to mid-end bath and beauty products
In the winter, lift tickets & ski rental for me and my husband

When someone offered me a gift of that budget last year, I spent it on rosebushes and a dogwood tree for the yard.
If I got offered that same amount again, I would go for two more rosebushes and a million daffodil and tulip and hyacinth bulbs that will bloom every year without effort.
And daylilies. And a forsythia bush. And some crocuses.
Maybe a hydrangea. Or an azalea bush or rhododendron. Or a Japanese maple.
Every birthday DH knows that the only thing I want is flower bulbs.

Very literally what I did a few months ago. I had $350 to spend on myself and got a David Yurman (Madison) bracelet. I wear it every day and it makes me smile. My boss gifted me the DY classic cable for chanukah that I’ve been dreaming of for YEARS and I was able to add to my hopefully growing collection. I love DY and yes I have a wishlist.
