$30/40 for 3 matzos which is about 1/2 pound.
This is gluten free oat matza for celiac members of my family.

But my extended family special run with many hiddurum was always $30/lb and this year was $40/lb. We usually get 7 matzos in a pound. Some years we got 8 but that’s unusual.

60 per lb for the ones that dh likes for seder. They're baked fresh by heimish ppl.
Then we buy some for about 25 per pound just for chol hamoed or extras for dips n stuff. They quality is very diff.

Between $25-30 a pound. We live oot and don’t like the Costco one. We find it to be too thick.

It’s not about the flour and water. It’s about the chumros and the labor involved.
