I wish I was stronger about it but I let my kids watch. It's just too overwhelming and stressful without that peace and quiet for a bit.
It used to be fine as the kids were little the shows were more innocent but now my son is older and is looking for content his age..
Any suggestions?

Can you do something "kosher" like toveedo or yidflicks?

I put kosher in quotation marks because it's still watching and I don't know how kosher is kosher, but it should definitely be better than youtube browsing or non Jewish movies

I didn't vote because by us, it's occasionally.

Maybe get a toveedo subscription?

I'm really confused because you have two identical threads with slightly different polls . I voted and then commented and my vote and comment got split onto two threads. I'm going to flag them for mods to merge

Sadly not much is safe anymore.
Power rangers. Paw patrol etc all have lgbtq… characters in them.

Toveedo or National Geographic those are your only options

There are so many reasons to only allow them to watch only occasionally. Not even talking Hashkafically. They don’t do as well in school, socially, they need more physical activity and now in spring they should go outside.
Know that you are helping them grow up healthier if you say no more often.
This can so easily turn into an addiction and so many issues later on.
Stay strong now if you want smarter healthier kids.!

I’m struggling with this too. I’m hoping to get toveedo.
