I filed on January 31. Waiting and waiting, it was accepted. Finally says it’s in received status. I called up to find out why it’s pending. They said I will get a letter saying what I need to send it.
I got a letter it just said your refund is pending. When it’s Available we woll let you know. If you call us you will get the same answer.
What can I do? Is there anyone who can help with this?

Yes turbo tax.
No also, TurboTax is debiting my account for what I owe them (which was supposed to be taken directly from refund)
