Is it weird for my 2 year old to wear sneakers on Shabbos in the summer? (Her winter shoes were more neutral looking)

I dont start with the shabbos shoes until around age 3. Before that I want them to wear more supportive shoes especially when running and playing outside.

First pair of shoes I get that's good for shabbos and weekday. And afterwards, they get shabbos shoes.

Its fine
I bought for my own enjoyment.
She bit her shoes and scratched off the silver color off the leather.
That’s all you need to know about shabbos shoes for babies.

No sneakers in Shabbos. I either get a shoe that can work for both or a cheap sneaker and Shabbos shoe.

If I don't get shabbos shoes, I'll get neutral looking sandals like tan saltwaters

I don't get them until they're like 3, and even then I get sneakery stride rite ones. It does save $ but I also don't think it's a good idea for them to wear shoes with less support for walking when they're still pretty developing and pretty clumsy.

I usually get them shabbbos shoes after pesach once the shoes go on sale also in the hopes that if I get them later they will last until the fall.
Pesach time they’ll wear their winter shabbos shoes if they still fit or whatever they have that fits.

I only got toddler Shabbos shoes for my girl because after a slew of boys, I was so excited to buy girly things! But it's really not necessary.
FYI, stride rite has some adorable well-made Shabbos shoes for girls that won't break the bank.

I didn't for my first and second kid.
By the time my third came along she realized her older siblings have shabbos shoes and wanted also...so either I get hand ne downs or cheap cat and jack from target.

No, I want them in supportive shoes. So either supportive shoes or sneakers, even on shabbos.

Yes but I get them on Amazon or somewhere else cheap. Never pay more than $50.

I dont remember what I did for my other kids. My baby has sneakers now, and when it warms up I’m going to get him sneaker sandals. I might get him a second pair for shabbos, maybe like in a solid color or something like that.

I do but I don't buy more when they inevitably outgrow mid season. Then they switched to sneakers. I only have boys if that makes a difference
