My 7 month old screams her head off anytime I step out of her view.
I don't even have to leave the room. If she doesn't see me or my husband she screams. Non stop.
Help!

Developmentally normal. Play peek a boo, keep talking as you leave the room, also increase her tolerance by leaving for 5 seconds and reappearing, etc. It's a stage but it will get better as she develops object permanence (things don't disappear just bc they go away)

Remind her you are coming back, by telling her with words. Babies this age understand language and the meaning of 'mommy always comes back' or 'mommy will be back in a minute' or 'mommy is just here in the bathroom' will eventually have meaning and sink in. Give it time, it helps.
