Went on a 3 hr hike. Saw one other frum couple and maybe 10 other people total. It was so peaceful. And free! Beyond grateful to Hashem that my kids enjoyed this kind of trip!

I’m usually annoyed at the crowds but this year all I could think of was “one Muslim family and so many Jewish children” bh bh there are so many precious Jewish children.

I had exactly the same thoughts . I even told my DH while standing on the line , that it felt like I was in Israel. Yidden from literally every type and stripe were there and it felt so beautiful.

Space Farm, was very full but not too full to enjoy. We got there early when it was still empty but stayed until closing time so we really got to everything. Fascinating place!

I took my kids to an indoor playground not long after it opened. It was pretty good until about 12/1, when hordes of people started coming and it got way too crowded. BH my kids had had enough playtime so we went home.

We traveled a bit out of the area. I hate crowds. It was beautiful and just a few other families. We went on a waterfall hike and a small zoo.

We went to the concert today and it was crowded but b’h so well run and organized that it all went smoothly without any waiting or frustration. I was beyond impressed that while walking out I didn’t see a single wrapper or drink container on the floor(yes there was officially a no food policy but many parents had snacks in diaper bags or handbags so yes, it’s very impressive that no wrappers made it to the floor!)

Governor's Island, plenty of people mostly frum but it didn't feel packed at all. The area is big enough and the bike rental had all types of bikes available despite the crowds. Was beautiful bh!

Urban air. Was not packed when I got there. When we left at 3:30 it was packed. Doing Lego land on Sunday I hope it's not crazy. (Goshen)
