If anyone is a hamodia reader, the American in Yerushalaim column this week was a fantastic spring board for a discussion with my 13 year old about drinking. I highly recommend having your sons read it and talking about it with them. I found it gave us a lot to talk about and because it wasn't a lecture from me or my husband it was better received.
