Can you make applesauce? It freezes well. I’ve never tried it with Red Delicious apples but I don’t see why it wouldn’t be good.

apples are stored for years in cold storage. do you have a basement to keep them in or bottom of a fridge?

Apple chips. Slice thinly and bake on low temp. They take long to make but are eaten in seconds.
