Which brand crumbs did you like? I bought a can of Jeff Nathan's panko crumbs. They looked like light crumbs made of pesach crackers. Didn't look good in the container but came out pretty nice. All schnitzel wad eaten.
I am wondering if there's a box of store bought crumbs that taste better. My husband is wondering if the Paskesz one could have tasted better.

Try the pereg crumbs- they taste delicious.. I’d suggest anyone like me allergic to sesame to stick up on these for the year bc they don’t contain sesame like the year round ones..

Landau panko crumbs mixed with Leibers gluten free matzo meal (it's not gebrokts). Absolutely divine.
I add a bit of salt to it.

They’re gebrochts I believe.
Our favorite for non gebrochts is the Hadar Pretzel crumbs
