Which summer tights do you wear?
The reason why I love winter in black , they cover my tired legs and some have support.
I probably need even more support in the summer. Not confident to wear something very sheer, maybe 30-40 denier.
What do you suggest?

Levante is pretty good.

I’d suggest going in to a hosiery shop and speaking to someone there. They can help you.
I’ve found Accents in Westgate generally very helpful.

I've been very happy with Esatto. They sell it in Accents, but not hoseiry plus.

another vote for esatto. as someone mentioned they do not sell them at hosiery plus but most of the other hosiery stores in lakewood carry them.
