Can you recommend parenting books/podcasts with a balanced approach? Right now I only have a two year old but I am interested in reading how to parent little/school-age kids, too. I specifically would like ideas of how to give consequences for these ages, deal with tantrums and stop aggressive behaviour.

I like Janet Lansbury's books and How to Talk to Kids so they will listen for toddlers.
Also With hearts full of love was very good for a yiddishkeit perspective.
Those resonated with me.

In the same stage. Following.
Would love more podcasts as I'm not a reader.
