I never used one before but I just found out I'm expecting twins.
In Monsey, what would a night nurse cost me? Full time?
Is there any such concept of Fidelis or medicaid covering the cost?

Congratulations! Welcome to the journey! The only way there's help is if they're very delayed. But also not full time . A good nurse is between 1200 &1500 weekly. Full time. Night nurses aren't really cheaper in the long run. You might find a newbie nurse from one of these agencies for cheaper

I called fidelis when I was having my twins they provide nurses but your doctor has to send them a letter stating you need it.

I just used an agency which was easier.

I don't have twins but I know someone (in NY) who had baby nurse covered for twins. I'm sorry I can't give more detailed info but I've seen ads in frum magazines for places that will help you with paperwork etc. Hope someone knows what I'm talking about and can direct you!
