What part of NJ are you looking to move to It can take a few hours to drive from one end of Jersey to the other.
Maybe say which part and someone can help you find a place in that part.

There is nothing like Yeled V'Yalda in the Lakewood area. There are many insurance-based programs but many of them only accept out-of-network benefits. Depending on how high or low functioning your child is, you can look into Linden (Public School's preschool program that has a lot of frum kids), the Center, and SCHI.

Except linden, center, and SCHI are very hard to get approved for from Jackson. You'd need to move to Lakewood

Yeled v’yalda is not like Schi and center. YVY is an EI program with most going to regular elementary schools. Schi and center are for kids with diagnosis who stay there for all their schooling elementary and high school. Like Down syndrome, asd etc.. it’s more similar to hasc.

I wouldn't move. NYC has the most services. The more help she gets the better she will function in life.

There is stars which is for kids that need extra help in preschool but go on to regular elementary schools. There is also kochvei ohr that is like a self contained classroom and has higher grades then just preschool and mekor hachinuch which is like the Ichud program. It is harder to get approved for programs if you live in Jackson. It’s easier from Lakewood.

And I actually think that the center has a special class just for children that have ASD. Op maybe call these places that I listed and see if it would fit the needs of your child. Do all this before you decide to move

Schi and center do have classes that graduate preschool and go on to mainstream. You would have to talk to them about your child's profile and what they have that may or may not be appropriate. Many children with asd go to preschool that is covered by insurance not the BOE.
But it is VERY hard to get out of district approval for center or schi from Jackson township. Even a child with high needs may need to sue the district to get the placement.
If you are in Lakewood, Linden is known to be an excellent preschool for the right children but it is part of the Lakewood public school district so would likely also be difficult to get in if you live in a different township. Each township has their own district and their own schools
