I've tried the stomach, thigh, and back of arm.
Stomach for me is the easiest, least painful. Upper thigh hurt the most and bled more.
Back of arm is hard to do yourself.
I did hear that you should alternate sites, like a different area each time for maximum effect - not just switching sides.

I’ve taken it motzei Shabbos the past few weeks. Taking it before Shabbos is such a good idea. Is it ok to change the day by taking it 5-6 days after the last shot? |
I'm pretty sure it's fine, but read the package.
I think it says not to do a 2nd shot in less than 3 days. 6 days should be fine.

I'm so frustrated.
Not only haven't I gone down in size, but my big stomach is still just as big as it was 5 months ago. I thought, at least if I fit better in my clothes and don't look pregnant, that would be an improvement. But nope, not yet.

I am in a lot of groups and you should really consider terzapeptide! Works way better than ozempic but more expensive.
