I need to cut these foods out of my family's diet and am finding it overwhelming to cook/know what to eat. Looking for easy, simple, low prep time recipe ideas. Dinners, lunches (fun/yummy snack ideas would be great too!)

Is it 1 person who can't have any of these, or one of each?
We do make your own wrap night with both regular and gf wraps, and scrambled eggs and cheese, and everyone makes what they can have.
Other ideas:
Hamburgers and fries (no buns)
Steak and potatoes
Meatballs and rice
Chicken and rice
Chicken and potatoes.

Thanks. 2 of us can't have any. Others are sensitive to varying degrees and I feel it's better to cut down for everyone. Also, kids are little, and it's hard to single one out for different food. These are good ideas. Thank you!
Some different chicken ideas would be great to. Especially with vegetables.
