House isn’t kosher
So far I have:
Dairy Betty Crocker and flipper for eggs and pancakes
Portable grill
Crockpot for cholent
Hot plate and timer for Friday night
Disposable tins for soup and main dish
Foil
Cutlery
Plates
Bowls
Plastic tablecloths
Sharp knives
Cutting board
Napkins
Becher
What else am I missing?

Serving utensils
Trash bags
If the refrigerator has a light, make sure it can be turned off for shabbos.
Make sure no lights are motion detected.

If it's a fridge with a lightbulb that's complicated to switch off you might need something to keep it off (duct tape, strong magnets etc)

Cut Toilet paper.
Tin foil.
Towel or mitts for touching hot food in tins.
Shabbat timer if needed for platta.
Nosh, nuts, fruit.
Where are you going to leave your key if you can't carry there?
Siddurim. Chumashim.
I see that foil was said already.

Regarding fridge, even if you can get the lights off, sometimes the freezer lights actually have to be removed and tape won't do it, obviously depends on the model but we had that once and frantically tried many things minutes to Shabbos.

Shabbos lamp
Zemiros/benchers
Soap/shampoo (if not provided)
Baby wipes
Paper towel
Toys & books
