: Rice is sautéed onions, red pepper, grated carrot and mushrooms, all diced smallish. With 2 cups boiling water with 1 chicken stock cube, some oil, salt and pepper for 1 cup of rice. Multiply liquid depending on amount of rice. Do it in the oven about an hour
