8 days past his birthday on the secular calendar, and 7 days short of his birthday on the hebrew calendar, my son Uriel started walking. Ok, he took 4 steps in a row, but no more. But thats definitely a start! Maybe he'll continue, maybe he'll take a break. We'll see. But Mommy is VEEEEEEERRY excited!!!

Mazal Tov! It won't be long before he's running and you're chasing him!
Gavriel Yehuda smiled at me today for the first time (2 months old!)

Uh oh. Watch out! They're harder to catch when they run real fast!
Mazel tov!

Mazel Tov! Such an exciting milestone - we're right there with you. My two have their secular birthday next week. Their Jewish birthday is between R'H and Y'K (5th of Tishrei). And just this past Sunday, Moshe took two steps unaided. He also hasn't tried again. But maybe he's saving it until a time when his Daddy can see, too.

Tovarena, my ds is a day older than your two! I am enjoying our cruising because it is slow and that means dd(2yo) and ds can't take off in opposite directions away from me!
How do people handle that? go-go-gadget mom?
