I heard that putting a fleishig spoon in a container of mayonnaise or pickles can make that container and everything in it fleishig.
Is that true? If it is how do you keep it parve?
There are many things I buy that have vinegar in it or other sharp foods like garlic and I like to use them for both milchig and fleishig.
We tried leaving plastic spoons in it, but that gets messy and I was wondering if there is an easier way.
