2 eggs
1 1/4 cup sugar
blend

sift together
1 1/2 cups flour
1 1/4 tsp baking soda
dash salt (I never use)
1/2 cup good quality coca

2/3 cup oil
1 cup warm water
1 tsp vanilla

alternate dry and wet ingrediants
mix until smooth and no lumps

bake 350 40-45 min

Thanks so much for this recipe. I love cake recipes that you can make in a bowl with a whisk - no machine needed.

Just made a double recipe for a b'day cake for DH!
