I am not so creative but I went to someone's succah that had the whole thing done in yellow. There were tons of lemons hanging from the schach which gave off such a wonderful smell. She really put up only decorations that were yellow everywhere. Another friend did hers in silver and blue with those xmas type balls everywhere and lights and stull. It was really classy. These are neat if you don't put up all the kids decorations and posters only that coordinate. Chag sameach everyone.
