Can I freeze unbaked blondies or do I have to bake them before I freeze them?

I haven't done it before baking but it is sure better for my snacking habits that way. If you freeze before, let it defrost entirely and then mix a little so the liquids aren't separated, then bake.

Wait. Don't you worry about the baking powder losing it's power?

It's the same ingredients as cookie dough. You think I can risk freezing it?

I don't know. I do know that the U.S. is "double acting" which I think means it works for longer, leading me to believe that after contact with liquid, it's life is limited but I just don't know for sure.
Cookies rise less than the bars are supposed to. I really don't know enough about cake chemistry.
Why would you want to freeze the mixed product without baking it, if I may know?

I wanted to because I have a small Israeli oven and I have a meat cooking for another hour and half (that I will be ultimately freezing) and I made the batter for the blondies forgetting that I can't bake it for another hour and a half. I think I will wait though and then bake it since that chart made me rethink the freezing idea. Thanks for all your responses.
