I don't know why the page I wanted didn't come out, so just skip the first 17 and then it will be the quick food fixes will be there, unless you want to read the tips.

Nothing can save burnt soup or rice I know from experience. I saved the burnt soup bits, but after I added water to make up for what I lost, it was watery
If someone brings you an icky cake/cookies or you make one that flops, save to use as a crust. I break into crumbs in my food processor then press into the pan with a smidge of oil to get it to stick together. You wouldn't recognize it!

I don't know how burnt you're talking about, but if you left your rice on too long, and the bottom of the pot is burnt, you can take the pot and stick it into cold water for a minute or so, and then scoop out the good rice from the top. This helps in 2 ways: 1. it doesn't leave a burnt taste 2. it makes is SO much easier to wash that pot.

all the rice tasted burnt, I was doing too many things at once lol, it was really burnt, I'm usually very good at rice but multitasking isn't always a good idea.
