Does anyone know if there is a Lubavitch community in Passaic?
If so, approx. how many families are there? Are there young families there?
Is it a warm and friendly community?
Where do you send your kids to school?
Approx. how much does a 3 or 4 bedroom house cost? How much is rent?
Are there any other Lubavitch areas in NJ?

There are lubavitchers in Passaic. Don't know much more info but can find out if you don't get any more answers on here.
There is a much larger Lubavitch community in Morristown.
There are also lots of shluchim around other parts of NJ.

There is a Lubavitch shul in Tenafly, but it's not a lubavitch community.

lubavich in lakewood??? I dont think so! last year they opened up some sort of high school for drop outs in a house on the other side of the lake.
