ISO recipe from cookbook "quick and kosher"

Could someone please post the banana-chocolate chip cake recipe from "Quick and Kosher".

3 cups flour
1 tbsp baking powder
2 cups sugar
1/2 tsp salt
3 large ripe bananas
2 eggs
2 sticks margarine
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup soy milk
1 cup chocolate chips


Preheat oven to 350. Grease bundt pan. Mix flour baking powder sugar and salt. An another bowl mash bananas. Mix in eggs , margarine, vanilla and soy milk. Gradually combine dry ingred. with wet ing. Mix about 2 min. be careful not to overmix.

Stir in chocolate chips and pour into prepared bundt pan. Bake for 45-55 min until toothpick comes out clean. Let cool, loosen sides and center with a knife and invert onto plate.

Enjoy!

If you're interested, you can make it with oil instead of margarine. I've done it and there's no difference. You can use 2/3-3/4 cup of oil.
