actually, the sentence is correct, just has a different meaning than what yo'ma meant. it means she'd rather make it every week and subsequently freeze it.

sounds like a lot of liver in your freezer if you freeze some every week Smile

The than/then's confuse me Confused Confused .

When my dh has a barbecue at work and they make liver, tha/en LOL he brings a bunch (usually too many) home and I freeze it and mash every week until there's no more left Wink .
