Hi, it's me again. As you can see, I am cleaning out my freezer of fleish (I also posted about veal chops) in a an attempt to a) save money b) clean my freezer. Found lamb riblets that I want to make for supper next week. Any easy, yet delish recipes out there? What does it even taste like? I think I bought it to try something interesting and it wasn't too expensive and just stuck it in the freezer, so here we are.

Thanks. Maybe I'll make a big pasta salad and soup to fill up, just in case.

I don't know what a riblet is, but I pretty much make any kind of lamb chop with a mixture of olive oil, garlic, fresh rosemary and a bit of lemon juice.
