We couldn't get meat in time, so I'm using boneless chicken breast in the cholent. Has anyone done this before? Is it better to put it in whole? I cubed it, but now I'm not sure if it will overcook... Anyone?

I did once or twice. It's not as good as putting iin the thigh or drumstick, but okay enough to eat.

I do this all the time - just put in the white of a chicken, I leave it on the bone, brown it when I brown the onions, and then add teh rest of the stuff.

I sometimes put in chicken wings or drumsticks. I've never tried cutlets though
