I hardly ever bake so I'm gonna be asking a dumb question, if I use a recipe for a cake and I put it into cupcakes instead do I bake it for a different amount of time? The recipe was for a 9" pan to bake for 45 minutes, how long do I have to bake it for in a cupcake pan?

yup - I do it all the time, usually cupcakes willl bake in anywhere from 8-20 minutes depending on the size and what's in them! I would start with 10 minutes then check them. Once they are dry in the middle - right down the time on your recipe card so you will know for next time

Its a normal question and I also do it all the time just dont fill up the cup cake
all the way bec. it grows in the oven. do it like 3/4 full.
